1. When placing your order, please specify whether you want your order to-go or for dine-in.

2. Please aim to arrive at the pick-up location during your designated pick-up window to minimize waiting time.

3. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. After checking in, you can expect to receive your items within 5 minutes, with the exception of Dosa.

4. We believe the true Dosa experience is best enjoyed piping hot, which is why we will begin preparing it only after you've checked in.

5. From the time you check in, expect your Dosa to be ready in 15-20 minutes.
